Who are we?

M.A.D Construction was founded in December 2022 by two good mates, Matt Ryan and David Leyland, after more than a decade of hands-on experience in the building industry. What started as a shared passion for quality craftsmanship has grown into a reliable team of skilled builders, ready to tackle projects of any size. From small renovations to full-scale residential builds.

The team at MAD are a brilliant group of builders, lead by Matt and Dave. No project is too challenging for them, from renovations to multi-unit terrace houses, to high-spec stand-alone homes, they take it in their stride to ensure that the product is completed to a high standard.
